Clifton Consults works for clients on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis determined by the client brief. After an initial consultation, we will deliver a project proposal, to include scope and required deliverables. The practice agrees the amount of time required - both days per week, and length of engagement - before confirming the project, so that clients have full visibility on costs and can optimise to their budget.

Sourcing & Hiring: as part of our organisational design expertise, we are able to scope candidate briefs, source and hire for new roles.

Advisory: Clifton Consults is the member of a number of so-called “expert networks”. These companies take care of the regulatory requirements for advice which allows us to act as advisors to private equity, venture capital, investment bank, and corporate clients looking to learn about the music industry.
